My ears perked at the intro because the opening guitar #lick resembled that of #Liszt’s #Hungarian #Rhapsody No. 2 in C# minor. But gosh did the #rhythm section rock this. Latin Rock is a genre I need to look into. I love the #syncopation in the piano/bass/drums. Of course I also loved the guitar #fillers between lyrics, but can we just stop and appreciate the amazing use of Latin American #percussion and #brass?! I’ll have to check out other works by Santana.
